We’re just 5 miles from J35 on the M6.

Leave the motorway and follow the dual carriageway to the next roundabout. Turn right at the roundabout (2nd exit) and continue on the A6 to the next roundabout and turn right to go to Borwick (3rd exit) and follow to the end of the road. Turn right at the red phone box and continue through Borwick (approx 1 mile) and when you reach a bridge with a white picket fence, turn left immediately after, signposted Keer Holme Lane.

Continue on that road for 1.5 miles (don’t turn left up a steep hill!) and we are on your left, signposted Brown Edge Farm.
